In today’s economy, the loan battleground is more competitive than ever. Creating an effective outbound calling strategy can aid credit unions in organically growing their loan portfolios. In this course Jessica Vartanian from CU Lending Advice will remotely train Sales staff and Sales Managers on the art of outbound calling in a group setting across multiple credit unions. This 3.5-hour remote course is designed to focus on the skills necessary to successfully make compelling offers to both members and potential members via outbound calling efforts. The course is delivered through Zoom®. The course high impact, interactive and informative. The training is designed for remote feedback and interaction from participants as much as can be managed through a webinar environment. This course is uniquely crafted to maximize the time spent in an e-learning environment. The course material is managed in 45-50-minute educational sprints with 10-minute breaks in between each session.
