Remote Lending School- Collections

Now, possibly more so than ever, it is critical that your collections department has the tools and training necessary to navigate the economic uncertainty ahead. For the past 12 years Bob Steensma has been working with CU Lending Advice as a Collections Consultant and Trainer, consulting with credit unions across the country from all asset sizes. In this course Bob will share collections best-practices from across the industry including his thoughts on how to prepare for the future.

This course is designed to remotely train Collections staff and leaders in a group setting across multiple credit unions. This course is offered to credit unions across the industry of all asset sizes.

This 3.5-hour remote course is uniquely crafted to maximize the time spent in an e-learning environment. The course material is managed in 45-50-minute educational sprints with 10-minute breaks in between each session.
