The training was very informative. I’ve been in my role for about a year now and many of the tips my credit union has already adopted, but Don was able to provide a different approach to many different areas/ways of thinking about the process.

Ideas were given for different ways of doing things, trainings, tools to be used, and some different insight into things that we currently do.
