CANCELLATION
Cancellations with written notice 10 or more business days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations with notice received 9 – 4 business days before the event will receive a refund minus a $100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations with notice received 3 business days or less to the event and no-shows will not be entitled to any refunds and will be billed. Cancellations must be received in writing: events@mscua.com. Substitutions are always welcome.
